Our Process

We are a complete landscape and pool company offering design, construction and long-term maintenance and/or management. We serve a wide range of clientele and are skilled in working in a variety of styles and materials. We are a licensed pool contractor and landscape contractor and specialize in building all of the accessory structures found in today’s landscapes which include water features, decking, patio covers, pavilions, outdoor kitchens, barbecues, fireplaces, lighting and all manner of patio accessories.

The process starts with an in-depth consultation with the homeowner to help define their desired style, budgetary parameters and to assess the overall project needs and goals.

Next, our Design Team works to create a conceptual layout where we fine-tune the fit and finish of all the details. After all of the details are defined and established a final set of working drawings are completed followed by a written description and proposal.

The result of this process is a cohesive set of agreed upon guidelines both financially and creatively that lead the project to a successful completion.  All work is performed under a written contract, which contains details, specifications, inclusions, exclusions, and payment schedules. All work and personnel are insured as required by California law.
