Natural Touch was amazing to work with on our major front yard and backyard overhaul! Todd and Casandra were with us every step of the way during the design, budget and material selection. Our job was probably one of the most extensive projects he has ever done but you would never know that as he was always on top of everything. He was on site almost every day during construction and beyond to make sure that things went smoothly. His workers are also top notch craftsmen who were very respectful and clean. We encountered numerous issues before the project even broke ground dealing with the County permits and OCFA clearance…. not an easy process at all…but Todd made it happen! We are beyond happy with the end result and the project turned out better than we ever dreamed!

As my husband and I sat outside enjoying our beautiful new backyard, we knew the project was successful. We asked ourselves if we would change anything and we both said we wouldn’t…which is truly the mark of a job well done! Natural Touch exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend them.
After meeting with several contractors, we finally decided on Natural Touch Inc. From day one, they understood our vision of what we wanted and executed more than we ever dreamed of. When designing the yard, we had a budget, and we were given several options on how to make our money go further. When we started the project, we knew right away that details mattered to them. This was big for me (Silvana) because I work in design, and paying attention to details is very important to me.
As the project went along, we were able to make changes where needed and were constantly in communication with all aspects of the job. Todd and Casandra are personable and professional with everything they do, and we felt like we had known them our entire lives. When we would have ideas, we loved how they had our best interest in mind and would not let us do anything that we would regret later on. If Todd made a suggestion that we weren’t sure about, “let it marinate.” That became one of our favorite sayings, because you never want to make hasty decisions. As for their employees, they were always kind and respectful and did excellent work. They are the hands that make the vision a reality, and I can’t say enough about them. We constantly get compliments on our yard and the one that hits home was “I can’t believe how NATURAL it looks” hence Natural Touch Inc., The entire project was non-stressful and enjoyable. We believe that it was due to Todd and Casandra’s even-keeled demeanor throughout the project. Looking back at our decision to go with Natural Touch for the job, we feel very blessed to have found them and are THANKFUL we did!
